Orbit Entertainment has been managing and delivering events across New Zealand and Australia since 2016. We're not an office-bound planning service, we're on-site, operational, and accountable from the first site meeting to the final bump-out.
We specialise in end-to-end event management for commercial event promoters outdoor festivals, food and wine events, live concerts, and large-scale public gatherings. If your event has logistical complexity, we're built for it.

Every project is backed by a comprehensive documentation suite — event management plans, health and safety, traffic management, sound management, and supplier coordination built from over several projects and real-world delivery.

We take on the full scope of your event from the initial planning phase through to post-event closeout. That covers supplier engagement, contractor management, stakeholder communication, documentation, permitting, and on-site delivery. You get one point of contact who is across every moving part, from the first site walk to the final debrief.

Operations Management
On event day, operational control matters more than any plan. We manage the on-site operation across all departments, keeping crew, suppliers, and stakeholders aligned in real time. Issues get handled before they reach you. Your event runs the way it was planned.

Site Delivery
Getting an event site built correctly and on time is one of the hardest parts of the job. We manage the full site build process, including layout design, contractor scheduling, infrastructure coordination, and bump-in sequencing. We are on-site throughout, making sure the plan translates to the ground without losing time or budget.

YoubeYou Aotearoa contracted Orbit to provide project and event management services for three events over one weekend involving NZ and internationally renowned performers. We knew the task was a big one but were convinced Keegan and the team at Orbit were the ones to take it on. If we ever did worry, we needn't have. Keegan is a details guy and never stops, to the point we worried about whether he slept. Each of our events was flawlessly planned with every aspect of the logistical side of the operation thought through and implemented perfectly for success. We're now going through the process of event debrief and can genuinely say Orbit Entertainment didn't drop the ball once (and that's very unusual in the events game).
