Dustin Tavella Live

Dustin Tavella arrived in New Zealand in August 2023 off the back of his America's Got Talent win, bringing his live show to three venues across Tauranga, Hamilton, and Auckland. Orbit Entertainment was engaged by Audiology Touring as Touring Production Manager, responsible for production and stage management across all three dates.

Prior to the tour, Orbit produced production and rigging plans for each venue, a full health and safety plan for the tour, and a lighting plot and plan. Lighting equipment was brought on the road with the tour and managed by Orbit across each night, keeping costs down and ensuring consistency between venues.

At each venue, Orbit arrived three hours ahead of the artist to prepare the stage, set projection, masking, and draping, and ensure everything was ready for the afternoon rehearsal. Following rehearsal and performance prep, Orbit managed the audience ingress plan in coordination with each venue before doors opened.

The tour ran without incident across all three dates. Each show started on time, the production was delivered under budget, and the bump-out after each performance was fast and clean.
